Damaged or missing shipments
If your package arrives damaged, or with missing content, please report this to us within 24 hours at
support@loryergoeu.com . Include photos and notify the courier company as well. If the courier company attempts to deliver a damaged parcel, feel free to refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If your package gets lost in transit and cannot be tracked, we will send you a replacement.
